Websites of such standards are worth more than mid-$xxx. It'd take a lot of time and effort to complete such a website, and it'd cost a lot more than your budget. Anything you get for mid $xxx wouldn't match the standards of the website you mentioned. Anyways, its upto you to decide. Just my few cents.
