Buying Looking for Top Notch Web Designer for Various Projects

    Looking for Web Designer who can help me with ongoing projects that I have. For example I need to change an existing design (work with original PSD). Create Landing Pages and create New Designs for new Sites.

    -Specifically you must have a solid portfolio of work.
    -Know Photoshop and Tableless XHTML/HTML CSS coding
    -Wordpress coding would be nice but not necessary
