looking for top notch chat room program

    I'm looking for some suggestions regarding chat rooms. I'd really like to implement on on my site, and the few that I've tried are buggy and crash when too many people are on. What are some quality chat programs? I don't care if I have to pay, I'm just looking for a high quality service.

    I really like 123flashchat. We use them on our site with their hosted solution and it works really well. The cam/voice is still a bit buggy, but they are working on it. :)
