Well, you already get responses from some so called SEO Experts but still i would like to tell you to list your projects on some freelancing sites like getafreelancer, scriptlance, elance an that will help you to get really some good SEO experts at attractive prices.
Those freelance sites are not very good... the providers arent too reliable. They say they can do work just to get the assignment and have failed almost every time I post a project.
For SEO anywhere you go the fact will always remain the fact. CHEAP SEO= Low Quality and if you want quality work then you need to spend $$$$ for it. It's not for nothing people like Rand and other SEO companies charge an arm and a leg for SEO projects
I'm looking for quality providers that can get the jobs done. But I do look for volume discounts considering I have on average 5-8 new projects monthly that require on-going monthly SEO work. Currently I pay in the range of $200-$300 per project, some upwards of $500... however I don't see great results even after a 5/6 month period not much increase in target keyphrases (and they're not even that competitive)
