Looking for time usage script

    Hello, is there any script to limit the time (usage per day/user).

    Example: user Rocky can stay online 1 hour per day; stays 20 minutes logged, then log off, then log in 40 mins and got forbidden to continue browsing until next day.

    I don't think about something similar, but it can be coded.
