I am looking for someone who can convert a theme in PSD format to a specific theme, for example converting a PSD design into a WP theme or converting a WP theme to a phpLD theme, or vice versa, etc. I have had a theme converter whom I had worked with for some time but he is calling it quits now since he no longer has the time to do so.
