i have a directory submission site whose page rank is 1 and i am getting 300-500 unique visitors and 400-700 directory submission per day. i want to sell this site as i don't have much time to handle the site. the current alexa rank of the site is around 150k and it is improving daily but i didn't use any adsense till date. domain age is 2 years.
