I'm looking for the best way to market my website/forum online/offline. It's based upon Jobs in the UK, so gives advice and tips on job hunting etc. I've also set the forum up to post the job vacancies into a specific section on the forum (i'm hoping this creates more backlinks). The only problem upto now is i've not had much with word of mouth advertising. So now i'm looking for a way to get high volumes in all at once (i've found if the odd one comes they don't want to stay as they're the only on there). It's a UK website so would need to be UK only. I've read into PPC and i'm not 100% sure if it's the one for this type of site. Any advice? Thanks in advance.
I'm willing to invest, but the budget is quite tight (roughly $50) Free ways are preferred but I understand in the world today, finding freebies is hard Thank you
I would say internet gives you lots of things in free, even domain name, hosting, content, back links as well. What you have to do is to learn to use these resources. People are also making money without spending any money but they have spent time.
I suggest you start using free resources. However i strongly recommend you actually pay for domain name and hosting. But you can build a strong online marketing tactic using free stuff if you give it your time!
This is a tough one. You may want to look into buying advertising on other forums similar to you? I've never done this before, so I'm not completly sure. But that would be my guess.
