Hi all, We are looking for an incredible quiz/survey platform for lead generation. Our vision is while visiting our website, visitors will be invited to take a short survey (a quiz) to determine their level of preparedness for a specific task. Upon submitting their answers, they will receive a quiz score (in percentage form) and a personalized report of what they can do to better prepare themselves. Most importantly, we want the customized report to reflect the specific answers they chose. That means - when selecting option "B" for a question, they will receive feedback in their report that is different than when selecting option "C." Thank you, all suggestions are welcome!
