There are some websites who gives you some 1000's of PLR articles Freely.. Search in google as "Free PLR articles" or in some other way..

In my honest opinion, most PLR are of very low quality. Not much can be done with them, except to offer to customers as a bonus. The best PLR you can get will most likely involve making private deals with owners of good quality products, but that can cost a lot of money to start.

 

I seldom found PLR that have good quality. Maybe if the quality is good, the author rather to sell it him/herself as their own product

 

in my exp it's really hard to find good PLR most of them are free...

 

There are a few forums and sites offering them for sale, but be careful about reusing PLR, as the search engines are being wise to it
