    What's the point in this post. If the network rejected them the first time, then why would they allow them now just because your a publisher. It would be against their business strategies to just start allowing anything into their network. A network is more worried about their Advertisers than publishers. It's much easier to get publishers than advertisers. A network would not or should not just let anyone in.
