I'm looking for advice on what shopping cart is best to use with wordpress? eCommerce I have been using WP for years now and know it really well but I have never added a shopping cart to a site so any advice would be a HUGE HELP...

I believe that there are some shopping cart plugins for Wordpress; however, I am not familiar with them. PopCart.net is remotely hosted meaning you add your products on our server, we will give you a script, and you will simply copy the script over to your wordpress page... It is really easy and many people utilize this shopping cart with Wordpress sites.
WP eCommerce plugin is pretty much the best/only way to go for Wordpress. The quality of the support and the code make it by far the best solution for something right out of the box. Also, there are a fairly good range of add-ons and additions to the plug in, making it good to start out with. The only thing I will say about it, and this applies to Wordpress at this stage of development at least, is that it is not meant to be a complete ecommerce solution. The options available for you if you moved to a "proper" ecommerce system almost start to outweigh the benefits you would have sticking with Wordpress.
I've used WP eCommerce and found it to be buggy. It does have a lot of options "out of the box" but it slowed down my previous website. After a lot of research, these were the top contenders: 1. WP eStore (paid plugin) 2. eShop by Rich Pedley 3. The Shopp pluggin (paid plugin) I personally use WP eStore for websites I develop. It's fast and lightweight. You can find a free version (which doesn't have all the features the full plugin does) in the WordPress repository called "WP Simple Shopping Cart" (it's by Rahul Amin). Depending on what you need for your ecomm store, the free plugin may be all you need.
