Looking for template of terms and conditions of forum use

    I need to add some proper terms and conditions to my forum. Can anyone advise of a template that I'm free to use to start me off!

    The forums about ebay/online auctions. Advertising is only allowed in the Advertising category & Affiliate advertising is only allowed if you disguise your affiliate link (i.e via tinyurl/redirect domain name). Anything else goes.
