    Hello,

I'm looking for a script with very similar concepts to Telebid.com and Bidster.com. On both, the idea is that each bid will cost a certain amount.

With telebid, the price increases each time a bid is placed. With bidster, the lowest unique bid wins.

Both concepts, 1 or the other, I'd be interested in.

Anyone who thinks they are up for the job, please contact me.

    Regards,
    Ian

There are many negative reviews out there concerning ILance. Is this a good product? Does it work? Do they have good support/CS? I would like more info before I make the leap of faith. Thanks!

Ditto. I researched this product. While it looks good at first glance, albeit with tons of clutter, I found a couple of areas it was lacking and seeing your post in the forums and the ridiculous answers made me realize it was likely a big dud. I am always turned off when the owner of a business calls someone "my friend" in his first reply and the rest was another phony sounding sell that you should ignore the inability to find customers because they got themselves some press.

I found some other very disturbing items. iLance management deletes honest threads they don't want you to see. I saved a thread during my research that disappeared that would make anyone think three times before purchasing iLance. It reflects a complete lack of knowledge of basic web development within their client base. Management seems to back the immature zealots and are completely out of touch with reality, as is also reflected by their absurd pricing.

And so it goes. At least we can thank ourselves for not wasting time and money on this one.
