So I guess you are looking for CPA networks that have incentive offers. Not all cpa networks offer these now due to the increasing amount of fraud happening, but some still have incentive offers in their networks, just not sure which ones now, but heres a list of over 140 cpa networks where some has incentive offers. Also, cpa networks are the sites that most incentive sites use as far as I know. Good luck, but don't cheat or fraud the networks and you will do great, also monitor your users as they can sometimes fraud and end up getting you kicked out of the networks.
