Looking for Technology/Programming/Gadget Free/Premium Theme

    I want to revamp my current website and am looking for a new Web 2.0 look and feel based on my categories listed above.

    What exactly is the definition of a 'premium' free theme. It was my understanding that a theme was either premium, meaning paid or free, meaning free. I've been using ElegantThemes on my personal blog and other sites, which includes a flat $20 yearly fee, but you have unlimited access to a ton of awesome themes, which I would label as premium.
