I'm looking for someone who has decent understanding of gadgets (can tell RAM from Flash and knows difference between ad-hoc and access-point WiFi networks) and fluent and gramatically correct English. Knowledge or direct experience with Amazon Kindle is greatly appreciated. You will need to answer user questions regarding Amazon Kindle and point them to the relevant section of pre-written FAQ. Eventually it will become mostly copy-paste work since 80% of the questions are the same. I will periodically help you with answers to new questions that you wouldn't be able to handle yourself.
