I'm looking for younger talented programmers to join my team of designers and programmers. I really prefer someone who is a bit younger and is still learning and has a LOT of time to work. Though I'd like someone who is still learning, you must be at the right level to where you are able enough to complete client work. I need someone who knows html, css, PHP, and Javascript. Those are the main languages that is a definite must. Some of my work will involve CMS work, like WordPress, ZenCart, and a few other well-known ones. I am a designer myself, and I do know a bit about programming. However work flow goes much faster if I can design the websites, then pass the design onto a programmer. This way, while the project is being programmed, I'm already working on the next one and we can keep things flowing nicely. I already have two other amazing programmers working with me who are very reliable. I just need one more programmer. You must be able to be online from 5-7 hours a day, sometimes longer, sometimes not quite as long. However the ability to be online 7 hours a day is an absolute requirement. You must also have some sort of messenger so we can communicate. Or, if you are based in the US, communication by cell phone (calling or texting) is also fine.
