Looking for Talented Web Developer(s)!!! Multiple Projects

    Well, I have been away from these forums for some time, and in this period have experienced a boom in my web development business! Jobs are pouring in at a rate much to quickly for me and my colleagues to handle on our own. In fact, I am turning down jobs for the sheer fact that I have too much on my plate already . . .

    So, I am in need of your services! This job will be long term, on a per-project basis. If you meet the criteria below, then please get in touch with me (my contact information is below as well).

    Requirements
    1) Fluent in XHTML and CSS, and familiar with the W3C standards.
    2) Proficient in PHP as well as SQL (Your code will be audited)
    3) Proficient with Photoshop (slicing . . . etc. Flash is a plus!)
    4) Proficient in English (that is, rarely any grammar mistakes, and doesn't use "ur" instead "your" or any other short hand). You may have to communicate directly with clients. If your email contains poor English, it will be ignored. If you know more than one language, however, please do let me know! That is always a plus in my book :)
    5) Works quickly, writes fast, secure, solid code

    I am looking for a well rounded individual who creates quality work. I am not too terribly worried about age, however, as long as your dependable and meet the above criteria. Please send any and all examples of past work (Designs and Web applications) to . . .

    I will hire a team, however I would like this team to be small, efficient, and have some sort of examples to show me. If you can produce some sort of past work then I will be more apt to hire you.

    Are you a one man operation, or an entire company? Also, I quickly browsed your site and saw no mention of PHP . . . are you firmiliar with this language?
