I am a web developer and, thankfully, have become consistently busy. I would like to find one talented person (designer) who I can depend on to outsource work to when I have too much to handle on my own. It will probably start at one design per week (occasionally more, occasionally less). The best way I know to do this is to hold an audition and choose the person who I believe is the best fit. I've posted a $100 web design contest in the contests area. I will pay the person I choose for their design and then they will receive all of my continued, direct work.
