Looking for Talented/Sharp/Creative Designer

    Hi,
    I'm looking for a Talented/SHARP/CREATIVE designer who must understand the requirement and produce UNIQUE Layout according to the REQUIREMENT.

    Specific expertise that i'm looking for:
    -Landing Designs
    -Web 2.0 Designs.
    -Co-operate website designs.

    I'm looking for long term relation to work with ONE RIGHT DESIGNER. Repeat work if you show PERFECT Design.

    What i need from you:

    I need only ONE HOME PAGE Design in PSD FORMAT ONLY.
    NO html/CODING required.

    But whats preventing you from using our PSD's without any compensation to us?

    Its a bit of a big leap of faith considering you'll have many applicants and only one of us would be chosen.

    It would be more suitable to send a template design as a html file.

    Thats what I mean, he'll have many psd's sent his way and only one of those people may get chosen. Whats stopping from him from selling our psd's on?

    Oh there shouldnt be a cost, its one of your requirements to apply for the role so the payment would be the job really.

    I just wanted to find an alternative to sending a Psd is all.
