DONE- found a programmer Title ses it all, i am looking for a PHP programmer that can work on a budget and is willing to think outside the box. ( sorry for the short thread trying to keep things private)
Added on skype, would be good if you could provide more information on the thread, would be easier for people to decide if it's something they can do(and you will get less people requesting more info that can't actually do the job)
