I am looking for a small, select team of talented and motivated writers and content creators to embark on a very large project with me. If this project was a company, these would be the vice presidents. This is an awesome opportunity for the right individuals to build something unique and very profitable. Who I'm looking for? In a nut shell, I'm looking for driven, talented, individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit. I need leaders who are driven to be the best. I need someone who is willing to invest their time and expects to be rewarded handsomely when their work flourishes.. And they have to be just cocky enough to believe that everything they touch WILL flourish. Someone who masters the English language and is a talented writer. Anyone can write words. Few can inspire, innovate, and encourage. I need someone who not only thinks outside the box, but can drag their readers outside of outside of their comfort level and inspire them to do more! Who I'm NOT looking for? Writers who are wondering "I wonder how much per word he's looking to pay". Writers who aren't willing to invest their time into something they believe in. Writers who inevitably will not even read this sentence, but still send me garbage. Okay, So that's you! Great... Here's the deal My idea is this. Bring together a small group of talented, driven individuals to create a high-end content driven website. I have attempted hiring writers in the past and the quality was okay, the assignments were completed, but it was lacking... passion. When you are writing for someone else, you lose your edge. You fudge on the details. My idea is simple. Just as executives in a company earn as their product earn, we would prosper as our high-end content blossoms. Okay, so what's the site all about? The slogan: "Creating a Better You". The domain is AWESOME and brandable. Topics for content will include, but are not limited to: Dating advice/tips, weight loss (anything you can think of), self-help, working out/training/getting in shape, healthy recipes/cooking, DIY, budgeting, personal finance... Basically anything you can justify as "Creating a Better You" would suffice. These are all high-end niches and offer a wide selection of topics and content so it shouldn't get boring, yet allows you to focus on one or two aspects if you'd rather. Like the idea? Here's what YOU would be responsible for... Your responsibility would be to create daily, high-end content. This includes writing, tools, articles, stories, images, videos, etc. I would also hope that you would begin the process of promoting your work through social networking and grass roots promotion. Promoting will not be your main job, or even necessarily a responsibility, but especially at the beginning will speed up the growth process. So what are YOU going to be doing, Kyle? That's a great question! I will be taking care of the technical side of things. That includes setting up the site, managing the content creation teams, promoting the site, and basically keeping everything running. I'll also be putting together promotional campaigns, tracking all traffic trends and making suggestions based on these, and overall just keeping this beast moving. I also have much experience with website promotion, search engine optimization, and traffic building. I will be responsible for the heavy lifting as far as promotion goes and will ensure that there's traffic and visitors streaming to the site. Okay, so now the important part: Getting Paid I have setup the site to show your Google AdSense ads on the pages you create. You will receive 100% of Google AdSense revenue while you are actively part of the site. If you were to decide to move on and/or haven't posted in over 30 days, you're rate would be dropped to 50% on all your content, but you will continue to get paid forever. These will be the best ad placement on the site and should do very well. You will use your own AdSense codes, so there's no worrying about getting paid or anything like that. So what's in it for me? I will be placing other ad types strategically through the site. This could include CPM, CPA offers, branding offers, etc. In addition, I will be creating content like you and will get 100% of that profit. So are you still interested?
