Hello, I am looking to expand my support team for my hosting company. At the moment, after 3 days, we have $31 income revenue and -$9 profit per month. Of course, 3 days is a short time and we have only just opened, so I am looking for 2 candidates to ensure our Support Team can offer 24 hour support. I currently have: Myself - Covering 3pm - 10pm GMT Partner - Covering 10pm - 4am GMT This means we need 2 candidates who can work during the following hours: 4am - 9am GMT 9am - 3pm GMT For the first month or so, until sales increase (which I am sure they will), work will be voluntary meaning your hours are flexible, you dont have to be online solidly, just check the support tickets every 30 mins to see if there is anything new. Anybody interested must meet the following criteria: cPanel/WHM/WHMReseller Qualified - Including nameservers configuration. WHMCS Qualified - Fluently able to use the support functions.
