It's hard finding advertisers that uses CPM models and allows ads to be placed below the fold, anyone have any suggestions? I am running contextweb and adsense as the default. Context web used to do really well for me, around $1CPM with a 50% fill rate but has dropped to $.20 with a 20% fill rate. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
