Looking for state specific (Maryland, USA), non-bot traffic suggestions - good ad network?

    Hello awesome people!

    I'm running a campaign and need to drive real humans from the State of Maryland(USA) to a webpage to support an environmental cause.

    Adwords and Facebook are too expensive and I really don't need that level of targeting. I'm looking for other options - display or otherwise.

    Looks like any other traffic buy site .. does it offers citywise geo targetting?
