Looking for Staff.

Hi Guys.

My first post here. I am kind of new to the whole "Forum/Community" thing. I started a forum not so long ago (~8 Months). I was hoping to keep it under ~1000 Members. As it was only supposed to be a small project/forum for myself and a few MSN contacts.

It has since started growing a fair bit and I dont have a real team behind it. It is only me doing;
a) Backups
b) Admining
c) Moderating
d) General To-Do's

So far: Members: 4,370 (3,085 Active) and Posts: 110,288. This may seem small, But im sure people will appreciate that for it to grow futher, I need to add some structure to it and hopefully with a partner to help out, We can turn it together into a much larger forum.

As for the site:
380,000 Hits Per Month (Average)
60,000 Unique Visitors (Average)

The main "niche" being a UK/US TV show, It was originally for US Shows but after alot of demand, We have increased our "target" for UK Shows. We hope to target Australian Shows, But I couldnt do it on my own.

I cant offer a fixed monthly salary of sort. But I will be prepared to share out the advertising revenue (30-40%).

You need to know how to use vBulletin and its AdminCP. Age is not an issue, Although you will need to follow/have interest within TV Shows.

Mightyb, Yes, Thats really all they need to do, Understand vBulletin. The forum is Public/Private, Some parts are locked from public viewing (links). Yes, We have rapidshare links to the downloads.

Are you interested? I could possibly take you both on? At 30% Revenue each?

Sorry, one thing i have learned over the years is not to talk about your projects. Especially on public forums.
