I am needing a page for my website http://www.thehomedirectory.net I am doing listings in the future for LA/NY/MIAMI/CHICAGO and was needing an opening page for it aka a splash page I think it is where there would be 4 images of the citys skylines with the cities name on each image and wanting to do a mouseover image where it maybe goes to a more see through look when you mouse over it like many Flash images can do. I need this in html if possible. If you need more info let me know and be creative if you can just need something that looks professional and modern/clean
