Well there is one I was looking at, but its more of a turnkey website rather than affiliate program. Go to bighitters.com, you will see that they have a site that pays $1.50 for every email submit, the site acts as a gateway for opting in people for free porn. I never used them, but it seems decent. But I see that's not really what your looking for, I don't think alot, if any allow adult sites. But good luck with that
