Ladies and Gentlemen, I am currently looking to pick exactly 5 super moderators for my forum. The payment is not per post or per thread. Rather I've decided that the 5 super moderators will split (in 5) 70% of the forums total income. So each person will get 14% of the total forum earnings. This is a lot when the forum starts making 200-300/day through all ads, link sales etc... The other 30% will go to server operational costs, advertisements and further development. Why am I doing this? I am doing this because I need my forum to grow, it has been a goal of mine for the last 3 years to start a business forum that focuses on the youth. So I am asking through my dedication to give you a percentage of earnings to dedicate some time to moderate posts and make posts on my forum. Yes there will be minimum requirements to ensure everybody is evenly contributing. The only requirements are: 1- You must know about business in general and willing to learn more about it be able to answer questions and make some educated posts. 2- You must be able to write fluently in English with correct grammar. 3- You should have some experience in moderating a forum, if you don't let me know and I will have train you. 3- You must be mature, honest and dedicated. I am not asking you to contribute 5 hours a day, but something like 1:30-2 hours a day wouldn't be too much to ask for I think. The forum is ready and awaiting your services. Don't you think that I have to wait too longer to get paid for my posting? It would be better if you can provide some money in the beginning of the project or after sometime during the work.
The whole point of my proposal is that I am basically looking for partners more than employees. You help grow the forum and you get paid as the result, it is simple as that. That is why what my requirements ask for what they ask for If I wanted paid posting done I surely could afford it but I would like to have long term relationships with my future moderators and pay them for helping my forum get larger. I don't deny that at the beginning the income will be very low, if anything. But within several months of some daily dedication it will end up making a very good amount. 6 people (5 mods and I) investing daily time in a forum, there is no way it will not succeed. I am also investing a good amount of money into this to make sure it succeeds. Currently the forums are up but I am getting it a bit customized and it is expected to be flawless by the end of this week. Hope this clarifies and future questions such as the one quoted.
