    Huh I don't see what you would get out of it? If you have 50$ in your paypal and you plan to earn 50$ you will just break even. If you make more then 50$ I don't think the owner of the website would want to take that deal as he is loosing money.

    he is either trying to bring his adsense to above 100$ for the month

    or he is doing money laundering thru paypal
