Looking for someone who has excellent photoshop and blending skills

    I have a picture that needs to be sized to 189 pixels high and 806 pixels wide. The problem is that the picture is straight out of the digital camera like 1200x1600 or something like that and in order to keep the proper ratio and not distort the image it needs to blended to get it to the exact specs I need.

    Anyone good in this department? $10 to the person who can do an excellent job. I will not pay for a half ass job. It must look like I took the picture that way.

    Why not crop? What exactly do you mean by blended as there is only 1 picture?

    Who did the job? Is there an example I could look at cause I am really interested in having one done....pricing would be nice too.

    I did it last night, but it seems someone else did another version. I did it free actually, not sure if Kevinn wants the link up, will leave it up to him.
