Buying Looking for Someone who could Create and Manage Adword Account for Me

I am looking for someone who can manage an Adwords account for me.

I have outsourced adwords management before with quite disappointing results..

Anyway If you are good, I will give you the job.

The reason for this is that my IP is banned, and I cannot just log in to manage even if I buy a new account. It will get banned again.

I already try the pre paid, post paid, using vcc or real credit card, seems not working. Sometimes the ads is approved, but none will appear, impression is zero.
Sometimes the ads is pending approve, more than 2 weeks !!

In fact I will give you the Keywords, Adcopy, URL, you just have to plug and play. And wait the ads to show.

After the ads is running, confirm to me, I'll add the voucher. I think the most important is from registration till the ads show up.

I'll make new ads regularly each 2-3 weeks.

Currently I paid someone for 6$ for following job :
- Create email for adword
- create adword account, then apply the ads, keyword, setting.
- For adword, there need to prepaid payment, so I'll pay for $6 for the services + 12$ for first adword balance + 5$ for adword fee activation.
- after the ads is show (there number of click and impressions), you tell me.
- I;ll give you the adword voucher, then you enter it.
- Then when the balance is near zero, you tell me, then I'll ask you to re-create ads again.
- I am prefer using yahoo messenger / msn / skype for chatting, more effective.
If you mostly online all the time in messenger, it's would be great.

2. Your account somehow in violation of their terms or something?
3. Engaged in fraud?
4. Adwords in violation of terms?
5. What were you promoting?

Only asking because if I help, I don't want my IP banned, too. So why your IP and account were banned is quite important. Let me know.
