    Looks like the person who was doing this bailed. So I'm still looking for someone. Trying to keep the price under $15..

    The OP should mention that you won't be able to quickly convert this using software such as Vector Magic. The drawing is scanned, but the resolution is too low, so you will have to draw it by hand in Illustrator or InkScape. Price is a bit too low for me for that, but it might be good for you.

    I can do it for $20 I have a graphic tablet so will be like doing it by hand but on the computer 100% vectorized PM me if interested.
