Looking for someone who can code WP themes

    Title says it all really it is not a really basic theme it is 3 column( top, left and right with posts through the middle) and has a most recent and an about box within the header.

    Want it using the smallest amount of space so i sliced it as 1byX so that the theme is based on duplications in the style.css. but feel free to re slice.
    must have msn

    As you would expect you get no rights to the theme.

    not paying out $75 since its not that hard to code im sure lol its a basic left right top bar coll theme with posts running through the middle with a small, needing to be editable box in the header section and a box that needs to show recent posts next to it.

    My budget is more like $20-$30, at the rate of $75 i could buy 3 unique themes coded from the template section lol
