Buying Looking for someone who able to convert PSD to HTML5

    Hey guys,

    I am looking for someone who can convert PSD to HTML5, stand with W3C standards.
    Expert in semantic, CSS and it might be good also with JavaScript.
    I need the PSD to be converted to Responsive Layout and should partly support IE7, must support IE8+.

    At the same time, i need someone who can make it for cheap price.
    I will be happy to get your offers along with previous works and a way i can contact you.
