Basically looking for someone to cut up a PDF we have and make it into a wordpress theme, i dont mind if you use something like an existing woothemes or premium theme and then edit ( infact id prefer it rather than creating a theme from scratch. ) I have a woothemes account with various themes in which can be used. I will also setup a wordpress install and give you access to the server. Basically the job will be cutting up the PDF image , where there are words on the image they will need to be html words and not images . Very basic work. Please dont ask me for a budget , I expect the price to be mentioned in a PM along with how quickly you can do it .
