looking for someone to start a forum for me?

    basically i dont have the time, but i'll provide domain, my hosting account etc and you just set up the whole forum, i'll get a banner made and you add it etc.

    just pm me with any questions and your price? i'm not looking for over priced people so dont pm me with insane prices.
