Looking for someone to rewrite recipes

I've got about 250 recipes that I would like rewritten so that they pass copyscape. I'm guessing that the ingredients would need to be reordered and that things like 'pound' could be rewritten as 'lb' and 'oz' could be rewritten as 'ounces'. The descriptions need to be rewritten as well. The description should be reworded so that the sentences have the same meaning but pass copyscape checks. You must be fluent in English.
