looking for someone to psd->wordpress

    As the title says, i am looking for someone to convert a psd to a working wordpress theme. let me know your rates. i require semantically correct and valid XHTML and CSS markup. if you meet my standards, perhaps we can work together in the future. i am a developer myself so i expect something decent i just dont have the time on me right now to do this and it needs to be done. well, no time and i know shit about wordpress so that is why i am looking for someone to do it for me. hit me up.
