    I am not very sure what you mean but if you are looking for someone to do some submissions for you then checkout the B/S/T section and I am sure you will find someone there to do the submissions.

    you can go under Buy, Sale, or Trade section and do a WTB post. lot of people are doing directory submissions there and you will get lot of responses

    They aren't a lot of free PR6 dirs out there

    And a good webdirectory building camigm from my part of view is like 500-1000 submissions ...
