Buying Looking for someone to modify a large free theme in WP

I have a free WP theme that uses widgets to position many things such as sidebars, adsense blocks etc.

I am looking for a php programmer with wordpress familiarity who can modify the theme so that it is more customizable (using the widgits section) for my purposes.

Good English is required and good code commenting is also required as is orderly and logical code.
