I am sure this is a weird request, but I'll ask anyhow. I have created a US based Snow Plowing Directory. The site is done except for integrating some more ways to generate income. I am looking for someone to handle the marketing of the site and I will continue to handle the site development and back end. This is not an upfront paying job! I am looking for a partner to help build and develop the site over the next 3 to 5 years. We will agree upon a 3 way percentage split on all income. 1 part to marketing and site development, 1 part to you, 1 part to me. I will be reinvesting my part back into the marketing to help get the site producing better results faster. This will naturally mean more income for the marketing partner faster. I would expect this should be easy for some of the better more seasoned marketers. I am open to making any changes to the site which will create more income. Income potential here is very large. There are millions of snow plow contractors all over the US. with just a few thousand paying 10 to 20 a month. That is over 100k in monthly residual income. The site has different membership levels built which come with different features and upgrades. They range in price and I am open to adjusting rates and adding or removing services. I also work with a very good SEO and website development firm which I resell services and make great commissions. One of the membership types I created includes site development and SEO work. I have also tossed around the idea of creating canned replicating websites to sell or include with the membership at a give level. This would allow the small business owner to get great exposure and their own website all at one low price. This is another revenue stream that site will generate. Naturally once the site starts getting more traffic there is also banner advertising and member placement upgrades which will generate income. With the snow plowing season fast approaching now is the time to start promoting this site. The site was create with local SEO in mind. IE: a search for "Amherst Ohio Snow Plowing". Already creates a page one, position 3 result in Google with little SEO work. Naturally clients will see value in this. I just do not have the time to put into marketing this project.
