Hi guys. I'm looking for someone to design a nice header for a computer-related website. I also need the person to be experienced (or at least understand) wordpress themes and slicing, because the current header is simply a slice background image. So after the header is finished, I need it to be integrated. I myself am not familiar on the process of how it is done. I'm not looking to spend a lot of money; maybe $5-$10. I'm also looking for a quick turnaround on the work, hopefully it will only take an hour or two at the most (if even that long). Thanks for checkin out my post, and happy holidays to everyone!
