Looking for someone to make a navigation bar for a wordpress site

    Firstly, the pay is good.....

    I want a navigation bar made for a site.....which is really professional and blends with the site design, also it should work in all browsers....

    And some small changes in the layout.....

    I need someone who can do this asap
