Selling Looking for someone to integrate CSS Drop down into my blog template

I currently have a blog and i would like to set up CSS drop down navigation for my Nav Menu

this would be following the color scheme already in place, and i would like to be able to control it via Parent Page --> Child Page -->Child Page

In other words, i would like the drop down to follow the setup in wordpress
