Buying Looking for someone to install Wordpress theme

I'm looking for someone who knows Wordpress and can install this theme on my server and make it look like the demo page:

What I will provide:
1. Theme
2. Photos
3. FTP access
4. Wordpress log-in

Note that I can do this on my own but I plan to outsource this so I can focus on acquiring new clients.
