I need someone who's good with setting up a site to allow users to upload videos and allows people to comment on it.. somewhat similar to Youtube's style. I want the videos uploaded to autocompress so it doesn't get too big. Needs a rating system. Uploader can add a little comment of their video. Send me proposal and samples of your previous work. Also what platform you will be using to run it. Looking only for people who have done this before. Thanks
