Looking for someone to get me a a great backround for my wordpress anime site

    animewire.org

    its really kind of bland
    looking to enhance it make it stand out a little more
    as well as add a nice backround to it,i want more than just
    color in the backround.

    Add some pictures would be super.

    If you can do a great job like this please
    pm me.

    P.s i am willing to spend up to $90
