Looking for someone to fix CSS code

    My new blog is looking fine in Opera and Firefox but IE is moving the content below the navigation. I'm looking for someone to fix the CSS to make it look the same way in all three browsers. This should not take long for someone proficient enough.

    I'm offering $25 for the person who is going to fix the code.
